The criteria for the Office Excellence Award were developed together with over 50 industrial companies as part of a benchmarking & transfer project. We have been awarding the best office organisations and improvement programs for almost 20 years.

The Office Excellence Award self-assessment gives you insights into many topics and the opportunity for reflection.
The Award starts with an initial self-assessment. The self-assessment is based on the given statements, examples and objectives in each topic area.
After evaluating the self-assessment, the best companies are analysed in detail by the award committee and the self-assessment is compared with a neutral third-party assessment.

THE 2021 AWARD WILL BE PRESENTED IN TWO CATEGORIES
In addition, the applications are awarded independently of other companies in the respective maturity levels achieved.
Category A: "Best office organisation - quality of office work / actual state".
Category A maps the current situation of offices, procedures, process organisation and work culture. In this category, office units or should participate.
The best office organisation is awarded.
Category B: "Best Improvement Programme - Dynamics in CIP".
Here the quality and dynamics of the improvement programs are assessed. This includes the actual path and project structure, but also the methods and tools used for "continuous improvement" of office work in the direction of office excellence. Plants or companies as a whole should participate here.
The award goes to the best Office Excellence Programs.
