Everyone is talking about agile teams, agile working, SCRUM and collaboration...
But what exactly is that?
What is in store for us as employees and managers?
You will experience the essential success factors of modern leadership and innovative project work in a concrete project, the so-called "team machine".
In parallel, you will learn the essential tools from the SCRUM method and apply them directly in the context of the simulation.
During the two days, concrete project work for the creation of the team machine, the application of SCRUM tools as well as short feedback loops will alternate again and again.
Experience AGIL
With the project task Team Machine, we offer an open-ended creative-complex environment. The participants experience which factors and dynamics become effective in agile leadership. Through their own actions, the participants can try out new leadership and team behavior in the project.

Train SCRUM
Parallel to the actual project task, the participants receive method input in short sequences.
These methods are directly applied live within the project and the handling is trained.
The principles of SCRUM and agile project work are reflected and jointly transferred to the framework conditions in your own project.

Sprint Review and Retrospective
We work in sprints
This means that the project is divided into sprints. These do not last 2 weeks but are focused on 1.5h. All modules like sprint planning, review with the customer and retrospective in the team to improve the processes are followed.
We train the methods
This means that short learning sequences of about 30 minutes are inserted between sprints to gradually understand the SCRUM tools and apply them directly in the next sprint.
The role of the project manager / SCRUM master changes and is coached intensively.
The project room is prepared for the team !
The training can be held at your company or at the Experience Center.
